Great day was had by all at the Felton Food Festival on Sunday the 15th of April. The crowds enjoyed great weather, fantastic food and excellent entertainment. Costa Georgiadis, Australian landscape architect and television personality of SBS TV – Costa’s Garden Odyssey and Alastair Mcleod, Executive Chef, Bretts Wharf enthused the crowds with their expertise in sustainable produce growing, cooking skills and hands on demostrations. The Olympus Cheese tent was a great successs!  People sampled our fetta, ricotta and halloumi and enjoyed plates of grilled halloumi as they walked around. The Olympus team were able to explain the different cheeses, how they were made and the best way to prepare them. Thanks to the Felton Food Festival organisers for a great day in the country.
