Take nutty brussels sprouts, and roast on the stove top in a delicious honey sauce. Add crushed garlic, salty bacon and luscious Olympus halloumi. Instructions
  1. Combine oil, honey, balsamic vingegar, garlic and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add brussels sprouts to mixture and coat well.
  2. Heat a frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Add brussels sprouts to pan, cooking cut side down first until nicely browned. Turn and cook on other side.
  4. In a separate pan, or to the side of your pan, add chopped bacon and cook until crisp. If using a separate pan, combine with sprouts when crisp.
  5. In the final 5 minutes, add chopped halloumi to a pan on medium heat. Make sure to separate so the pieces crisp evenly. (Check out our recipe notes for tips on how to fry halloumi well).
  6. Once halloumi is crisp and golden, combine with brussels mixture before serving immediately.
