A modern twist on some greek favourites, our labneh combined with the brightness of dill, the tang of preserved lemon and the depth of garlic offer a bold new flavour. The perfect pairing with fish, or to elevate your favourite savory dish.

Ingredients

Olympus Labneh contains pasteurised cows’ milk, milk solids, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, yoghurt cultures, preserved lemon, garlic, dried dill.

Storing Labneh Cheese

The benefit of our marinated Labneh is that the oil acts as a way of preserving the cheese. Keep submerged under the oil at all times in the sealed container and make sure to use a clean spoon or knife to prevent contamination. Store in the fridge for up to 12 months.
