Our signature hand folded and minted Halloumi, is an award-winning cheese with a rich, umami, buttery flavour when grilled, that holds its shape well and remains ‘squeaky’ soft on the inside.
Prefer your Halloumi fresh; expect a slightly different flavour profile with extra notes of mint, yet a more mild, fresher experience.
Tip – Pre-slice unused Halloumi and store in the freezer in an airtight container or zip lock bag.

Storing Halloumi Cheese
Olympus Halloumi cheese contains no preservatives. Vacuum-packed Olympus Halloumi portions have a shelf life of approximately nine months, should be consumed within three days of opening and must be stored below 3degC.
All Olympus Cheese is made using local Queensland Dairy Farmers, proud supporters of QLD Dairy.
