Olympus Cheese is proud to annouce that at the 2010 DIAA (Dairy Industry Association Awards), we once again have been awarded medals for our products. We achieved a Gold Medal for our Halloumi cheese, a Silver Medal for our Fetta cheese and another Silver Medal for our Baked Ricotta cheese. A very pleasing result for our hard work!
Olympus Cheese is best known for it’s halloumi, a lower salt and easier to cook version than many on the market, and it’s the only one featuring the traditional sprinkling of mint in the middle.

Cheese maker and Olympus owner Michael Gavriel said that the demand had increased to the point where they are making cheese up to six days a week, so they have developed a website to help people find them and learn more about their products.

“The online stockists and seasonal recipes will inspire more people to discover our delicious cheese.”

PANIYIRI 2010
