  • Lemon wedges

  • Heat frying pan or barbeque to high heat.
  • Place slices of Olympus Halloumi in pan, BBQ or grill.
  • Cook on both sides until golden brown.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot.

Great to serve with fresh bread at a BBQ or picnic!
