We ship perishable products so because of this our shipping is a little different. All orders are sent via a refrigerated courier with a 1 – 4 day estimated delivery time. Please carefully read our FAQs and if you have questions please email our team – email@example.com.
We deliver to metro areas in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth as well as key regional areas. The evening prior to delivery you will receive an SMS which will provide a two hour delivery window for the following day. You will also receive a confirmation SMS once order has been delivered.
Orders placed Friday after 12pm, Sat, Sun, Mon until 3pm will be delivered Thursdays.
Order placed after 3pm Mon, Tues and Wed up until 9am, will be delivered Friday.
Orders placed Wed 9am, Thurs, Fri up until 12pm will be delivered Monday.
Please note if your post code is outside of our express delivery locations you will get a notification prior to your order confirmation. If you would like to proceed your order can be sent via Australia Post by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

With the current COVID situation many drivers will choose to do a contactless delivery. Please be aware that drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell, instead they will leave the order for you to come and collect. It is important our deliveries are made in the safest way possible for you and the driver.
HOW DOES OLYMPUS PACK ITS PRODUCTS?
Olympus products are shipped refrigerated with an icepack included in your box. We do recommend getting your cheese into the fridge as soon as possible once delivered.
HOW MUCH PRODUCT CAN YOU SHIP IN ONE ORDER?
We only ship orders under 10kg.
WHERE DOES OLYMPUS DELIVER TO?
We deliver to metro areas Australia wide and key regional areas. If your postcode is outside of our delivery chain, you will be notified prior to checkout. All orders are sent via a refrigerated courier.
We don’t currently offer International Shipping.
WILL COVID LOCKDOWNS IMPACT MY DELIVERY?
Things can change at any minute in the current situation and can cause delivery delays and deliveries being made later in the day. We constantly monitor this and keep in touch with our couriers to avoid delays.
HOW DO YOU KEEP THE CHEESE COLD DURING DELIVERY?
We use a refrigerated courier and pack your order with a reusable ice pack to keep our cheese at an optimum temperature until it arrives at your door.
