So, who are Olympus Cheese?

We’re Australian cheesemakers based only 5km from Brisbane CBD. We’ve been producing award winning cheese and yoghurt since 1974. (Way before cheese was a ‘thing’).

Made to a traditional Cypriot recipe which has been handed down from family to family.

We respect the whole process from farm to table, using the best local milk and local independent retailers.

We get ‘hands on’ with our cheese and yoghurt, taking great pride in the cheesemaking process.

Made with lots of love and very little else. Preservative free, additive free, pure and unadulterated dairy.
